Mass Marketing Is Ruining Your Message

Updated: Sep 25, 2024

Have you ever noticed certain ads just click? Seemingly forcing you to pay attention, while others never get a second look. That's no coincidence. They catch your attention because those ads speak directly to you.

Every element has been meticulously designed to appeal to a specific BIAS in your behavior. That business is not trying to sell to everyone using random or generic content, they are selling to YOU.

The majority of ads we see today are from large corporations with million dollar ad budgets. They blanket the market hoping someone will walk into a store and choose them over any other brand.

A local business does not have the budget for that kind of marketing campaign. Instead, we need something measurable that brings in more clients efficiently.

Imagine running an ad and the vast majority of the viewers are not even interested in whatever you’re selling.

That’s a surefire way to go broke buying customers.

Local businesses must dial in and target their perfect customer. We do this using something called audience bias.

No matter what business you are in, your perfect customer has a certain bias. A bias can be based on age, gender, or ethnic background. It really doesn't matter what it is, you just need to identify it and learn how to speak in a way that resonates with them.

Create an ad so specific it makes them think, hey this is for me, they understand what I need.

Doing this is sure to turn away a lot of people but that's ok, they were never going to buy anyway.

We are only interested in the people that are proven to buy from us.

No need to waste time or money on a tire kicker.
